My specialty is designing and evaluating initiatives for social impact and transformational change. I can help you to think through and plan your initiative utilizing social innovation tools with equity, inclusion and reconciliation considerations in mind.
I'm passionate about evaluation for learning and change, not just accountability. I can help you determine the right methods and tools for monitoring and evaluating your project, and how to make the best of the learning given the resources you have.
My experience in this area comes from many years of working on complex change initiatives around violence prevention, poverty reduction, health promotion, citizen engagement and empowerment involving youth, women, immigrants, First Nations, rural and remote communities.
In my work I draw on the many tools I learnt from the Certificate in Evaluation for Social Change and Transformational Learning from Simon Fraser University and my ongoing professional development in this area.
Program Design & Evaluation
Anastasia and I worked on a project meant to evaluate the design and launch of a social impact initiative. She has a way of bringing order to chaos, structuring data and data collection in a way that makes it more meaningful and impactful. She's always thinking one or two steps ahead, keeping an eye on both the task at hand and the needs of the end user.
