I'm passionate about evaluation for learning and change, not just accountability. I can help you determine the right methods and tools for monitoring and evaluating your project, and how to make the best of the learning given the resources you have.
In my work I draw on the many tools I learnt from the Certificate in Evaluation for Social Change and Transformational Learning from Simon Fraser University and my ongoing professional development in this area.

Anastasia and I worked on a project meant to evaluate the design and launch of a social impact initiative. She has a way of bringing order to chaos, structuring data and data collection in a way that makes it more meaningful and impactful. She's always thinking one or two steps ahead, keeping an eye on both the task at hand and the needs of the end user. An absolute joy to work with, Anastasia is sure to improve and catalyze any effort that employs her.
